4. Order from the lighter options in terms of saturated fat and calories.
5. Order items with lots of vegetables.
6. Switch from French fries to baked fries.
7. Have all sauces, dressings, and gravies served on the side so you can regulate portions.
8. Avoid high-fat, high-sugar, and high-sodium sauces.
