Answer to Question 1

Answer: Any four of the following:
 Hacking into computer systems
Obtaining credit reports by posing as a landlord or employer
Skimming your credit card number as your card is being processed
 Rummaging through your trash
Stealing your wallet or purse, smartphone, or mail
Phishing or vishing, sending you a letter, email, or voice or text message claiming to be from a legitimate business you deal with, and asking you to update or validate your account information

Answer to Question 2

Answer: The cycle of violence begins with tension building. In this phase minor abuse occurs, and the victim tries to please the abuser to avoid another attack. Phase two is acute battering. In this phase the abuser lashes out more forcefully no matter how accommodating the victim has been. The final phase is remorse. During this phase the abuser may feel shock and denial over abuse and swear it will never happen again. Over time the cycle will start anew.
