Answer to Question 1

B
Lack of social support and social isolation increase the suicide risk, and you're my last hope suggests that the person is out of options if help does not occur nowa covert expression of suicidal ideation. A willingness to seek help suggests lower risk. Why doesn't anyone care? suggests a sense of isolation but does not necessarily indicate a high degree of risk. It's rough conveys that the person is experiencing hardship but not necessarily that he is at risk.

Answer to Question 2

A
Tertiary prevention involves services that address residual impairments, with a goal of improved independent functioning. Restraint is a secondary prevention. Genetic counseling and teaching school-age children about substance abuse and dependence are examples of primary prevention.
