Because a raw milk sample would contain more bacteria at the onset of the test, it
should have a greater number of bacteria during the entire test.

When conditions are ideally favorable, bacterial growth can be extremely rapid.
Many different conditions may help to provide a less than ideal environment and
retard bacterial growth
