Three organic variables that must be considered prior to the application of an herbicide
are the following soil types: sandy soils, silt and clay soils, and soils high in humus



Answer to Question 2

To control drift when spraying, use spray nozzles that apply large droplets of spray.
These larger droplets do not blow or drift as much as a fine mist and greatly reduce the
danger of damage to other crops nearby
