Signs of ergot toxicity (ergotism) include pain in arms, legs, and lower back; numbness; cold hands and feet; muscular weakness; diarrhea; hallucinations; seizures; and blood hypercoagulability.

ANS: C
Hydroxyzine should be administered intramuscularly via Z-track technique. It should not be given intradermally, subcutaneously, or intravenously.
