Moderate activity 1.5 1.5  1770 = 2655

Answer to Question 2

BEE = 66 + 13.7  wt + 5  ht - 6.8  age
= 66 + 13.7  81.8 + 5  177.8 - 6.8  45
= 66 + 1120.7 + 889 - 306 = 1770
