vincristine sulfate (Vincasar PFS): an antineoplastic agent that arrests mitosis in metaphase, blocking cell division.

zidovudine (Retrovir): prevents replication of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) by inhibiting the enzyme reverse transcriptase.

Answer to Question 2

Some MDs prescribe prenatal vitamins which would be higher in folic acid, B6, and Fe if minerals included. Some prescribe additional vitamin C. Vitamin supplementation will depend on the disease symptoms that may or may not be present.
