Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
Eating alone is a risk factor for poor nutritional status among older adults. Efforts should be made to eat with friends and relatives whenever possible, either at home or at another location. Utilizing the various programs that are available in the community such as Meals on Wheels or having in-home help will also help improve the nutritional status of the older clients.

Answer to Question 2

D
The Child and Adult Care Food Program provides meals and snacks for children up to age 12 and to senior citizens and specific categories of handicapped people participating in daycare pro-grams that are nonprofit, licensed, or receive agency approval.
