Answer to Question 1

b

Answer to Question 2

Temporary tattoos that use henna and other dyes, are meant to last several days to several weeks,
They also present risks. According to the FDA, recipients of henna tattoos have reported redness, blistering, raised red weeping lesions, loss of pigmentation, increased sun sensitivity, and permanent scarring. Dyes using so-called black henna present greater risks because many contain a coal-tar hair dye called p-phenylenediamine (PPD), which is banned by law from cosmetics intended to be applied to the skin. Reactions to this compound may be severe enough to require emergency treatment.
