Vitamin C and E are antioxidant vitamins. Vitamin C is found in citrus fruits and well as brightly colored vegetables such as sweet peppers. Vitamin E is found in a variety of vegetable oils. Selenium is a mineral that helps the body's enzymes neutralize damaging free radicals. Selenium can be found in organ meats, meats, eggs, seafood, cereals, and breads.
