Answer to Question 1

Docetaxel is a chemotherapeutic that is used for breast, ovarian, and non-small cell lung cancer. It inhibits replicating cells during mitosis by stabilizing microtubules and preventing their de-polymerization.
Doxorubicin is an antibiotic and antineoplastic agent that damages DNA through strand breakage and intercalation between DNA base pairs.
Cyclophosphamide is antineoplastic drug through DNA alkylation/cross-linking of guanine bases. This inhibits the cell's ability to replicate and divide.
