Interfering with or restraining the exercise of employees' rights under the act;
Encouraging or discouraging union membership by discrimination in conditions of employment;
Sponsoring or controlling a union;
Disciplining or discriminating against an employee for filing a complaint under the act;
Refusing to negotiate in good faith; and
Refusing to cooperate in impasse procedures.
