Answer to Question 1

ANS: B
Calcium and phosphate form amorphous (fluid) calcium phosphate compounds that are convert-ed, in stages, to solid hexagonal crystals of hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatite does not contain magnesium or hydrogen.

Answer to Question 2
