Calcium and phosphate form amorphous (fluid) calcium phosphate compounds that are convert-ed, in stages, to solid hexagonal crystals of hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatite does not contain magnesium or hydrogen.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
The treatment for biliary atresia is liver transplant. Long-term treatment for biliary atresia is not associated with immunoglobulins, bone marrow transplant, or dietary modifications.
