Answer to Question 1

Correct Answer: 1
Red-brown urine can occur when taking phenytoin (Dilantin). Amitriptyline (Elavil) can cause the urine to turn green or blue. Injectable iron can cause the urine to turn brown or black. Phenazopyridine (Pyridium) can cause the urine to turn orange.

Answer to Question 2

Correct Answer: 3, 1, 2, 4, 5
The nurse should assist the patient to a sitting position and then stand behind the patient. The dominant hand should be curled into a fist. For indirect percussion the nurse should place the palm of the nondominant hand over the costovertebral angle. Then strike the back of the nondominant hand with your dominant hand.

Chronic necrotizing aspergillosis has a slowly progressive process that, unlike invasive aspergillosis, does not spread to other organ systems or the blood vessels. It most often affects middle-aged and elderly individuals, spreading to surrounding tissue in the lungs. The disease often does not respond to conventionally successful treatments, and requires individualized therapies in order to keep it from becoming life-threatening.
