Answer to Question 1

A
RhoGAM prevents antibody formation, but must be administered with each pregnancy that shows evidence of maternal sensitization. Telling the mother that she will have immunity against Rh-positive blood or that she will need titers at her 6 week checkup is not appropriate.

Answer to Question 2

A
An amnioinfusion involves the infusion of fluid into the uterus via a uterine catheter to relieve
pressure on the umbilical cord.
