Although most people use the yellow pages at one time or another, heavy users tend to fall most heavily in the 25-to-49 age category, are college educated, and have relatively high household incomes (60,000 and up). Some of the major reasons for using yellow pages include saving time spent shopping around for information, saving energy and money, finding information quickly, and learning about products and services.
