What should you do if a person with a head injury and an altered level of consciousness is refusing medical care?
 
  a. Have the person sign a Refusal of Care form.
  b. Contact 911 and have EMS personnel evaluate the person.
  c. Treat the patient anyway, because he is obviously not competent.
  d. Try to obtain consent from a family member of the injured person.
