Explanation: A) Appreciative inquiry is an optimistic method compared to the other methods of change that are relatively pessimistic in that it identifies what is already done well and improves that rather than trying to fix things by putting efforts into problematic areas. This is better received by employees and can give the organization advantages in the areas it already performs well in. This is a more motivational approach than investigating and dwelling on what is done poorly.
