Answer to Question 1

Workflow influences the architecture of the information system and is, in turn, influenced by the architecture of information technology. A keen architect must take into account how the workflow and the human organization will affect the new system and vice versa. Is the workflow envisioned by the clients rational and does it make the best use of the system, or is it distorted because the client does not know better or does not want to do better? Would the organization be able to support the resulting workflow and the requirements of the new system? What organizational changes are necessary for the new system or would follow its introduction?
Like other components of the information system, workflow architecture needs more than one kind of modeling from more than one viewpoint. Also, the scope of workflow modeling is elusive since the effects of automation spread in concentric circles, even to people who do not interact directly with the information system.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.

Every flu season is different, and even healthy people can get extremely sick from the flu, as well as spread it to others. The flu season can begin as early as October and last as late as May. Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
