Answer to Question 1

C
The leniency error contributes to a less-than-accurate evaluation. The manager must be honest, fair, and objective. An evaluation is a tool to help an employee improve. The evaluation should commend his reliability and not ask him to change his personality but ask him to be aware of the impact he has on others.

Answer to Question 2

B
A crisis manager does not take time to plan. Crisis managers foster anxiety in staff. Crisis management is an ineffective method for managing and can be avoided by planning.
