Answer to Question 1

Face is a judgement by knowledgeable people that the indicator really measures the concept it purports to measure. Content is a specific type of face validity. It captures the entire meaning - it is a space that contains ideas and measures that capture all areas in the conceptual space.
Criterion validity uses a standard or criterion to indicate a concept.
