Safety and fire prevention precautions include: wear safety glasses, hearing protection, and leather
shoes; keep hands and feet a safe distance from all moving parts; do not allow burning material near
oil, solvents, or gasoline; do not smoke near the openings of the gasoline tanks; stop the engine and
allow it to cool before refueling; whenever possible, handle gasoline outdoors; disconnect the spark
plug cable prior to making any adjustments on the machines; keep all shields in place, do not operate
engines above the specified speed.
