Answer to Question 1

Never operate any power equipment unless you are completely familiar with its control and features. Inspect all portable power tools before using them. See that they are clean and in good condition with no frayed or cut wires.
Make sure there is plenty of light in the work area. It is important to ensure that your tools are properly grounded. This means that the plug on the tool should have three prongs. Always make sure the tool is in the OFF position before connecting it to a power source.

Answer to Question 2

Chemical energy is the energy change that takes place when the atoms of materials rearrange themselves to form entirely new materials from the same atoms. Batteries are an example of chemical energy.
