Make a hypothesis of how a sample of raw milk (unpasteurized) would have
  compared to the other samples after 8 days at room temperature. Explain your

Answer to Question 1

Because a raw milk sample would contain more bacteria at the onset of the test, it
should have a greater number of bacteria during the entire test.



Answer to Question 2

When conditions are ideally favorable, bacterial growth can be extremely rapid.
Many different conditions may help to provide a less than ideal environment and
retard bacterial growth
