Why would 400 SPFM be better that 100 SFPM when carbide cutting tools?
 
  A) Less heat is produced at 400 SFPM than at 100 SFPM
  B) There would be better shaped chips
  C) The higher speed would provide a better finish
  D) The higher speed is less likely to burn the edge of a cutting tool
