Answer to Question 1

Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamins A, D, E, and K.
The water-soluble vitamins include thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, cobalamin (vitamin B12), and vitamin C.

Answer to Question 2

A fatty acid that contains one double bond is called monounsaturated.
Fatty acids that contain two or more double bonds are called polyunsaturated.
