Oranges, raw, all commercial varieties (1 large), dietary fiber = 4.4 grams
NDB No. 16005
Beans, baked, home prepared (1 cup), dietary fiber = 13.9 grams

Answer to Question 2

Batter-fried chicken drumstick contains 86 mg of cholesterol per 100 grams. None of the others contain cholesterol.
