  (1) milk, (2) fat, (3) sugar, (4) flour, (5) 1 and 4

Question 2

A cake that is cracked and peaked and quite brown on the sides has been
 
  (1) made with too much fat, (2) made with too little sugar, (3) baked at too low a temperature, (4) baked at too high a temperature, (5) made with too little baking powder.
