Answer to Question 1

The laboratory would consist of individual compartments, lighted, well ventilated, painted a neutral color, and temperature and humidity controlled. Sliding doors or hatch would separate the booth from the food preparation area. Panelists would not walk through the preparation area. Computer terminals would be provided for direct data input.
