Answer to Question 1

Polish food has an Italian influence due to an Italian-born Queen and, later, a ruler from the De Medici family. Bulgaria has a Greek and Turkish influence due to its proximity to those countries as well as from occupation by these countries. The climate and terrain are different, and agriculture is influenced by these differences.
