Answer to Question 1

A, B, C
Feedback:
Despite lack of evidence, there are some foods that appear to aggravate the symptoms. Clients should always eliminate foods which affect them and see if their symptoms improve. Black and red pepper, coffee, chocolate, and peppermint are a few foods that have been found to aggravate the situation.

Answer to Question 2

C
After cholecystectomy, long-term dietary restrictions are not needed. Some patients need to re-strict fat intake for a few weeks during recovery, but not long term. High protein and fluid in-takes and small, frequent meals are not needed.
