Answer to Question 1

C
Feedback:
All women should be screened for gestational diabetes between 24 and 28 weeks of gestation.

Answer to Question 2

D
Increased oxygen needs during pregnancy result in increased BMR. Stamina may actually de-crease because the fetus places extra demands on the body. Increases in blood pressure may sometimes occur but are not caused by increased oxygen needs. Bowel motility generally de-creases during pregnancy because of high progesterone levels.
