Answer to Question 1

4
Rationale: Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are found in highest concentrations in deep, cold water fish like fresh tuna or salmon. Shellfish are found in shallow, warmer waters so do not have high concentration of omega-3 or omega-6 fatty acids. In addition, many people are allergic to shellfish. Plant-based foods and chicken, regardless of how grown or raised, are not good sources of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
