Passwords protect the file from being used, altered, or overwritten by another user. However, without access to similar documents, each member of the legal team may be forced to create from scratch a document that already exists. One way to address this issue is create a Forms file that everyone can access, but cannot Save to. For example, the form for a lease may be made available to all members of the team, but each can add data and Save it to a file for a specific client.
