When recording the reservation, repeat and spell the guest's name: That is Mr. Wilkinson (spell the name). Repeat the number in the party: A party of four; and the time, 6:00 P.M. Specify the day and date (Friday, month, and day); also note any special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary
