may not really know what they want to do.
 A messy application with misspellings and erasures can indicate an employee whose work habits are equally messy and undisciplined.
 Illegible handwriting that goes above or below the lines may indicate physical problems.
Does the handwriting on the application match the signature? Some applicants get friends to complete the application for them if they feel they cannot do it themselves.
