  a. Treating other staff members fairly and not being influenced by past relationships
  b. Jealousies of those who were not promoted and feel envy and regret that it is not themselves
  c. Need to take sides in disputes while avoiding appearance of personal alliance with friends

The Food Drug and Administration Food Code is released by the FDA every four years as a guide and model for food service (restaurants and grocery stores) sanitation standards
The manager is the person in charge (PIC)
Highlights:
a) PIC needs to be present at all hours of operation
b) PIC needs to be aware of HACCP and make the employees aware too
c) PIC needs to be made aware of any illness the employee may be have
d) PIC must exclude any sick employee from the restaurant
