Students might explain the realities of corporate social responsibility  the
increasing expectations that corporations, just as citizens, will devote time and
resources to community improvement. Carol Cone's Chapter 6 Memo from the
Field also notes that values-driven companies attract good employees.

Answer to Question 2

Students might benefit from studying the list of traditional tactics in Chapter 9.
Additional tactics could include radio actualities, satellite media tours, guest
editorials, and additional special events.
