What are the names of each side of a printed circuit board? Which side contains the soldered connections?

Answer to Question 1

The names of the sides of a PC board are component side and foil side. On the foil side the component leads are soldered onto the copper foil.

Answer to Question 2

Similar to changing the font of labels, this can be done in the Dimensions page of the Model Info window. Set the type of line you want, select all dimensions, and update them.
