Log onto to the MyPlate website (http://www.choosemyplate.gov) and provide your personal information (age, sex, and physical activity level) under the section Daily Food Plan found within the interactive tools. The website will generate specific recommendations on food-intake patterns, serving sizes, and menu selection.
