Constance is looking forward to running her first marathon. She has been regularly following a training routine recommended to her by an experienced friend. Constance is surprised that the training schedule toward the end of the six-month training calendar does not include a full 26.2-mile marathon distance. In fact, the longest training run is 20 miles.
