Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

Adolescents who work long hours while in school do worse in school, are more likely to have behavioral problems, and learn how to spend rather than manage money. Adolescents work in spite of these consequences because part-time employment can be a good experience, depending on the circumstances. When adolescents have jobs that allow them to use their skills and acquire new ones, self-esteem is enhanced and they learn from their work experience. Teens also benefit from work experiences that complement classroom experiences.
