Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

Factors that contribute to obesity include heredity, parent behavior, sedentary life style, and not enough sleep. Individually these factors may not lead to obesity. The most effective weight-loss programs focus on changing children's eating habits and encouraging them to become more active. Effective weight-loss programs include goal-setting for eating and exercise, parent support of goals, rewards for progress, and parent modeling of healthy eating and exercise habits.
