Rehis only exercise was walking half a mile to and from her school each day. Rehis school had no gym class or other physical activity that everybody participated in. How much and what type of exercise does the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend that adolescents should get each day?

Answer: The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that adolescents should get 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each day. Adolescents who have completed puberty should also do muscle-strengthening exercises and core-strengthening exercises three times per week.
