Laurence is going to be a personal trainer when he graduates from college. If you wanted to reduce the reality shock that he will experience when he gets his first real job, what would you advise him to do?
 
  a. seek out an internship or a practicum experience to get some experience in the field
  b. get a Master's degree before going into the workplace
