Your shop has the best reputation and best price in town; however you do not have the number of technicians to complete the customer's work in a timely manner. How may this create a problem?

Answer to Question 1

Customers expect convenience and once a customer must wait 3 to 4 days for service the customer will start to shop for another shop and your customer base may decline.

In the Systems View approach when something goes wrong it is the process that requires review and possible change.
