Answer to Question 1

1. Employees have unique perspective of the how the actual job is performed (who knows better on what works or not than the person doing the actual job)
2. Input from employees will help support and validate the current direction or give rise to a possible better direction.
3. Expecting input form employees will get them involved and motivates them which in turn will achieve the company's goals.

Answer to Question 2

1. Delegating (manager might loose his/her power)
2. Decision Making (he feels that he is the manager because he/she is most qualified)
3. Controlling (fear of losing he/her job if employees do well)
