You will be able to address the receiver's needs and concerns as well as anticipate the receiver's possible reaction to the message. Using your knowledge of yourself and your personal experiences, you can predict with reasonable accuracy how the receiver will react to a specific type of message. Therefore, you can write the message for maximum acceptance.
